Kingdom Leaders By Jessica Grace
They are the Paris Gellers from Gilmore Girls of the world...

Just because you know something doesn’t make you a leader. Think about it. We have all had people in our lives who have a lot of knowledge and yet have no idea how to explain or share it.
They are the Paris Gellers from Gilmore Girls of the world.
Amazing. Smart. Strong. Determined.
And we NEED THEM. Then we have had those who lead, explain and encourage clarity. They share their wisdom and do so without condemnation.
They WANT others to know the information, not just be known for the information they have. As believers, we are called to be kind, compassionate leaders and direct others well.
There are several kinds of leaders:
1. Thought leaders - Paris Gellers - the ones who push themselves and others to look at details and new ideas all the time.
2. Teaching leaders - those who can explain complex theories or ideas in a way that makes sense to anyone no matter the education or skill level.
3. Inspiration leaders - these leaders have such a powerful storytelling ability that they can relate, joke and make you cry, and give you the gumption to continue to fight when life gets hard.
4. Action leaders - tell them an idea, and there will be a plan with S.M.A.R.T. goals in your email by the end of the week.
5. Emotional leaders - these are the people who are, for the most part, really steady. They know how to identify and healthily process emotions.
As a multi-passionate entrepreneur who also loves Jesus, I want to be all of these leaders, but I do have certain ones I tend to lean into without realizing it because of how God designed me.
As believers, we are all leaders.
Every day, we all have the choice to step into our callings and the way God designed and led us and those around us.
And as leaders, we know this involves a conscious choice. Each day we have the choice to decide whether we will step into the leadership role God has given us. It won’t always be easy, and it certainly won’t always be recognized by others, but we are kingdom leaders.
Kingdom leaders follow the ultimate leader of life and surrender who they are and their callings to the one who called them. They choose to surrender in faith to become the leaders God has designed each of them to be.
The choice is yours; what will you pick?
